The Sights of Turkish Food

Since today is my*....day*...
i thought i'd invite all my virtual friends for iftar virtually...
so these r some of the things in the turkish menu for u to munch..

i think kalau i pi turkey for 3 days, rasa tak de problem with food. semua nampak yummy

What a lavish besday spread - definitely look scrumptious! Cannot compare with the cold pita kebab that I had for sahur tadi.. or the half Maggi mee kari...
or the Nasi goreng ayam berempah spesel yday for iftar...
or kue teow udang P.Mutiara the other day..
or *thinking abt today's spesel?Briyani Gam Johor?*

Oooooooohh .... sedapnya nampak semuanya, especially all the kebabs (esp. the adana & the donerci). Kazandibi tu apa ... the sight of it really makes my mouth water~~~

pandai u teka....yg bersalut vine grape tu..dolma.. börek pulak adalah makanan dibuat dari tepung..dough..diuli..mcm adik beradik popia..tapi di masak kat dlm oven (though at times ada jugak yg goreng)..its pastry..

kazandibi tu dessert...it is made from milk, rice flour, sugar etc n inside it there r very thin strips of CHiCKEN!! it is rolled into that shape n later the top part is burnt..n then powdered cinnomon is sprinkled on top... susah nak buat kat rumah... the best one is to buy one...it is my one very favourite dessert kat turki ni... it is simply heavenly.. nanti one day akak datang sini ka..i will buy u these things...:0)..

rasanya turkish food ni memang dah diexpand ke seluruh dunia sikit demi sikit..akak pernah try makan lahmacun? cuba akak..i think u will like it..any malaysians would... very simple..n tak la fattening sangat... (if u r a weight watcher la kan)
